At Leevero, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

We provide post-purchase support for eligible requests for up to 30 days after delivery, under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Order Management

Hygiene & Return Conditions

Due to the nature of our products (intimate apparel such as bras and briefs), strict hygiene and handling policies apply.

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging to qualify for any return or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts (for example, due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability), and the package is discarded or returned:

  • The order will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Customers may request a reshipment, subject to an additional fee to cover logistics and handling costs.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate and that delivery can be successfully completed.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened (when applicable), and in its original condition.
  • Opened items may only be considered if completely unused and in resalable condition, subject to inspection.

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Submitting a request through the Customer Portal does not automatically qualify a product for a return, exchange or refund. Every request is reviewed individually in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.


Size Exchanges

We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing an order.

Exchanges are only accepted for unused items.

If approved:

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Orders placed with an incorrect size selected by the customer do not automatically qualify for a free exchange or refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Free return shipping is not guaranteed and is subject to approval.
